It is hard for me to grasp that there is no good in me apart from God.  None.  I constantly want to justify and explain myself.  He remembers we are dust and redeems the mess.

Music Segment: on repeat

We need to hear truth again and again and for me, music is a perfect way to indoctrinate myself with what is reality.  Yes, I am trying to "brainwash" myself to believe more deeply what I know is true.
